Description

We are selling a used Keller Lufttechnik UNI-STAR X-SL-EX extraction and filtration system manufactured in 1992.

The UNI-STAR filtration system is designedas anindustrial dry extraction and dust collection system for separating dust and particulate contaminants from the extracted process air.

The system features filter elements with automatic compressed-air cleaning. A maintenance notice affixed to the machine explicitly calls for inspection of the cleaning mechanism, compressed-air supply, solenoid valves, and filter plates. Oil-free and dry compressed air is required to operate the cleaning mechanism.

The separated dust is collected in the lower section of the filter system. For this purpose ,there are two removable dust collection containerslocated beneath the two discharge hoppers , allowing the separated residues to be removed.

The system features an integrated fan with a motor power of 3.8 kW. According to the motor nameplate, the motor operates at 2,800 rpm at 50 Hz. A PTC-heated weatherproof cover with IP65 protection is provided to protect the motor.

The designation “X-SL-EX” indicates a correspondingly marked EX version. An EX marking is also present on the electrical equipment. The specific suitability of the entire system for a particular potentially explosive atmosphere or ATEX zone should be verified prior to reuse based on the original Keller documentation and the existing components.

Thanks to its compact, vertical design, the Keller UNI-STAR is particularly well-suited for use as an industrial dust extraction system, dust removal system, dry filter system, and extraction system for corresponding production and machining processes.

Condition / Scope of Delivery

The Keller UNI-STAR X-SL-EX extraction and filtration system is in used condition with signs of wear and tear due to age and use.

Both dust collection bins are present.

Maintenance and operating instructions from Keller Lufttechnik are affixed to the system. The existing maintenance stickers indicate previous service work.

A recent test of functionality or suitability for a specific potentially explosive area is not documented and is therefore not guaranteed.
