Keller Lufttechnik ENA 10.0 V Emulsion Mist Separator / Oil Mist Filter

We are selling a Keller Lufttechnik ENA 10.0 V emulsion mist separator / oil mist filter manufactured in 1996.

The unit is designed to extract and separate emulsion mist, oil mist, and cooling lubricant aerosols from process air and is particularly suitable for use in metalworking, for example on lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and grinders.

The Keller ENA operates with a multi-stage separation system and is designed for use with regenerable metal mesh filter elements. The separated liquid droplets are collected and discharged from the filter area.

To clean the filter elements, the system features a rinsing device with a rinse valve and spray nozzles. This allows the metal mesh elements to be rinsed with liquid and cleaned of deposits.

Extraction is provided by an integrated fan with a motor power of 7.5 kW. The individual filter stages are easily accessible through the large front maintenance opening.
