We are selling a used CIPRES FILTR BRNO CARM GH 10/1/2/07 dust collection and filtration system manufactured in 2007.
The CARM GH is a stationary bag filter designed for industrial dust extraction and dust removal. This filter series was developed for centralized extraction applications and is used, among other places, in metalworking, grinding shops, welding shops, foundries, and other dust-generating industrial processes.
The dust-laden air is passed through the filter system and cleanedby smooth filter bags made of filter fabric. The dust particles are deposited on the outer surface of the filter media.
For continuous cleaning of the filter bags, the system features an automatic compressed-air cleaning system based on the counterflow principle. Electronically controlled solenoid and diaphragm valves use pulses of compressed air to clean the individual filter elements. This dislodges the dust deposited on the filter bags, causing it to fall into the lower collection area of the system.
The existing solenoid valves have been inspected and are in working order.
The model offered is the CARM GH 10/1/2/07, corresponding to the former CIPRES size designation CARM GH 14. The filter unit has 10 filter bags per row, two filter levels arranged one above the other, and filter bags with a length of 0.7 m.
An integrated centrifugal fan with a 3 kW motor and 2,861 rpmis located on the top of the system .
The exact airflow rate of the existing fan could not be determined from the fan nameplate. Based on the filter size and the available drive power, an airflow rate in the range of approximately 2,000 m³/his plausible. This value should be considered an estimate and not a confirmed manufacturer specification.
The existing electrical control system must be replaced. The mechanical filter unit, including the pneumatic solenoid valves, is in place.

Condition / Scope of Delivery
The CIPRES CARM GH filter system is in used condition with signs of wear and tear due to age and use.
The solenoid valves for the compressed air cleaning system have been tested and are in working order.
The existing electrical control system must be replaced and must therefore be replaced or rebuilt accordingly when the system is put back into service.
A complete functional test of the entire filter system has not been performed.
The unit is sold as shown in the photos.
