We are selling a used GEA MultiClean KLH 1/1-re filter system manufactured in 2015.
The system is manufactured by GEA Air Treatment GmbH and is designed as a MultiClean filter unit. According to the nameplate, the nominal airflow is 1,200 m³/h, and the operating airflow is 1,000 m³/h.
The filter unit is located in the upper section of a steel frame. A collection hopper is positioned below the filter. Attached to the hopper is a motor-driven discharge unit from DMN Westinghouse, model AL 200 1MZC.
According to the GEA nameplate, the existing filter configuration includes, among other things, filter mats, a MultiCase frame, and a HEPA filter of class H11.
The system also features pneumatic components with compressed air piping, valves, pressure regulators, and pressure gauges. The upper section of the steel frame is equipped with an accessible maintenance platform and surrounding safety railings.

Condition / Scope of Delivery
The GEA MultiClean filter system is in used condition. The photos show signs of wear and tear due to age and use, as well as dirt and, in some places, traces of corrosion or oxidation.
The scope of the offering includes the filter unit shown in the pictures with its collection hopper, discharge mechanism, and drive, pneumatic components, as well as the steel frame with maintenance platform and safety railing.
Based on the available information, no functional test has been documented. Therefore, statements such as “fully functional” or “technically tested” are not made.
