For heating, holding at temperature and cooling of liquid, viscous, highly viscous and crystalline products. The product is heated from 20°C to 88°C by saturated steam. The subsequent cooling from approx. 88 °C to 25 °C after holding the temperature is achieved by direct ammonia evaporation.
