We are selling a used Schröder & Co. scraped-surface heat exchanger / Kombinator crystallizer, Model 23-183, manufactured in 1994.
The unit is constructed of stainless steel and is designed for heat transfer or cooling of products using a scraped heat transfer surface. Due to the continuous scraping of the surface, this design is particularly suitable for processes in which the product tends to adhere to or crystallize on the heat transfer surfaces during heat treatment.
