Hoffmann & Partner RWH 100/VA/VA/FU Vacuum Planetary Mixer, Used

We are selling a vacuum planetary mixer from Mischtechnik Hoffmann & Partner, model RWH 100/VA/VA/FU, serial number 5290, manufactured in 2005.

This stainless steel planetary mixer was used for dead-space-free mixing of high-viscosity pastes and powdered products. The machine was originally used for processing dispersions and electrolytes.

The mixing vessel is sealed vacuum-tight. The two eccentrically rotating mixing tools rotate both around their own axes and additionally around the axis of the vertically mounted mixing vessel. A vessel scraper with a plastic strip is also included.

The mixing vessel is designed as a mobile interchangeable vessel and features a double jacket for temperature control. The cooling jacket is designed for the supply of cooling water.

The entire mixing drive can beraised hydraulically. This allows the interchangeable tank to be extended and removed. It also facilitates access for emptying and cleaning operations.

The tank cover features connections for feeding and extraction. The equipment also includes a feed nozzle with pneumatically controlled rotary valves, a feed screw, and level sensors.

The system features a Siemens Simatic PLC with Siemens Simatic Multi Panel Touch visualization as well as Siemens variable-frequency drives. The motors are frequency-controlled.

The scope of delivery includes two mobile cylindrical stainless-steel interchangeable containers, each with a volume of 140 liters and a cooling jacket with a volume of 20 liters.
