We are selling a used F.LLI Vimercati Type 3000x6 SI sheet metal shear, manufactured in 1995, for cutting sheet metal in industrial metal and sheet metal fabrication. The machine has a cutting length of 3,000 mm and is designed for a maximum sheet thickness of 6 mm.
The guillotine shear is suitable for straight cutting and trimming sheet metal and, due to its working width, is particularly well-suited for larger workpieces and sheet metal formats.

Motorized backgauge with programmable positioning
The machine is equipped with a motor-driven rear stop. A programmable single-axis positioner, the Triveneta Impianti PRG 910 A, is provided for positioning.
With the PRG 910 A, the connected axis can be positioned both manually and automatically. In manual mode, the axis can be moved in both directions. In automatic mode, the desired position is entered via the numeric keypad, and positioning is then initiated by the control system.
The control system features a digital position display. This allows for precise movement to different stop positions, which simplifies operation, particularly when dealing with recurring cut dimensions.
The PRG 910 A features position monitoring and has stored machine parameters for axis positioning. These include, among other things, positioning tolerance, backlash compensation, and parameters for high-speed and low-speed movement. The specific parameters set on the machine are not specified.

The available documentation pertains to the controller or positioner and does not constitute a complete operating manual for the guillotine shear.

The shears are being offered used and show signs of wear and paint wear consistent with their age and previous industrial use.
We do not have an original operating manual from the machine manufacturer. However, an operating and programming manual from the control manufacturer is available for the built-in Triveneta Impianti PRG 910 A positioner.
Motor power, machine dimensions, maximum travel of the backgauge, stroke rate, and cutting angle are not specified, as there is currently no sufficiently reliable documentation available for this specific machine.
